Clients who want to open a Panama International Business Corporation (IBC) usually ask whether it’s necessary to use Nominee Directors or Officers in their corporation.

Let’s be reminded that Panamanian Law requires a minimum of 3 Directors and 3 Officers (who may or may not be the same persons) in an IBC.
