Johana Sum
General Manager
Lic. Johana Sum is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in the fields of business management, customer service, human resources and marketing. Born and raised in Panama, Johana pursued a degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Tourism and Hotel Management from Universidad Interamericana de Panamá in 2009. Later in 2012, she pursued a post-graduate degree in High Management from Universidad del Istmo.
Johana started as a Customer Service Specialist at Courtyard Marriott in 2006, then became a Corporate Concierge at Crown Plaza Hotel in 2008, and later opened her own business in 2009. In 2016, she joined Huawei as a Human Resources Manager.
In 2019, she joined Kraemer & Kraemer, where she currently works as a General Manager. At our firm, Johana has been instrumental in developing business strategies, spear-heading customer relations, and managing our top-notch team.
She believes in the potential of the firm, which can become one of the key player law firms specializing in business, tax, real estate, immigration and other legal services in Panama with good customer service, trust, and quality – core values at Kraemer & Kraemer.
