Executive Decree 611 about the validity for stamped visas from Cuba, China, India, Dominican Republic and Venezuela

Previously, stamped visas were issued with a three-year validity. However, Executive Decree 611 of October 11, 2018 states that multiple entry and exit visas will be valid for up to five years for nationals of Cuba, Dominican Republic, China, India, and Venezuela.
