According to decree 521 of August 6, 2018, foreigners who need a visa to enter Panama, may enter as a tourist if they have a valid visa or residence from Korea, Japan or Singapore.

The visa must be valid for at least 6 months, have been granted for multiple entries and exits and must have been used at least once to enter the issuing country.
