Executive Decree 320 that regulates Law 3 of 2008

The decree establishes the set of legal precepts that regulate the migratory relations with the foreigners that enter the Panamanian territory, in order to procure the common good and the well-being of the associates.

Articles 11 through 15 of the decree, explain the general procedures for requesting visas or permits. Non-resident migrants, temporary residents, permanent residents and foreigners under the protection of the Republic of Panama, who enter the national territory, must comply with the requirements, conditions and prohibitions indicated.

This decree talks about the requirements for the different visas such as tourist visa, sailors visa, entertainment workers visa, transient or temporary workers visa, domestic workers visa, short stay visa, passengers and crew members visa, temporary permits for investment, among others.
