José Ariel Pierce Menchaca is a lawyer graduated from Universidad Santa María La Antigua (USMA), with a solid background in tax, criminal and civil law. Throughout his professional career, he has developed skills in tax regulation, registration of companies, management of legal procedures and drafting of legal documents, thus consolidating his integral profile in the Panamanian legal field.
His compromise to continuous formation has led him to study international human rights, increasing his capacity to manage legal matters in national and foreign contexts. In addition, his participation in challenging legal projects has allowed him to develop skills in legal research, regulatory analysis and strategic legal planning.
In 2023, José formally joined Kraemer & Kraemer, where he practices as part of the legal team from the Panama City office. He currently holds the role of Junior Attorney Associate, contributing his knowledge and skills to ensure that processes are efficient and solutions are aligned with the needs of the firm’s clients.
