Attorney Adrián Herrera Méndez is the Chief Compliance Officer at Kraemer & Kraemer with extensive experience in regulations for financial and non-financial institutions. He joined our team over one year ago and his experience includes AML Compliance, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Estate Planning, Wealth Management and Corporate Law.
Atty Herrera is a member of the Association of Compliance Officers of Panama (ASOCUPA) and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). He holds a degree in Law and Political Science from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua and a Master’s degree in Compliance and Corporate Governance from ADEN in Partnership with George Washington University. Currently he is completing a Post Graduate Certification Program in International Trust Management.
